Dean Court Hotel’s Porter Shortlisted for Customer Service of the Year!

Dean Court Hotel is celebrating after a member of its team was shortlisted for the ‘Customer Service of the Year’ award by the prestigious Visit York Awards 2017.

Hotel porter, Frank Caulfield has been recognised by the Visit York judging panel for his commitment, hard work and outstanding service that he delivers to the hotel and restaurant’s guests every single day. 


The Visit York ceremony will be held at the National Railway Museum this June, and is the largest award events for the tourism and hospitality industry for the historic city. The awards acknowledge the pinnacle of hospitality and leisure from across the city and the North Yorkshire region.
