At your service
As Bride and Groom you will have a dedicated member of staff with you throughout your reception, to ensure you have everything you need. Should you wish to book your reception with us here's what will happen next.
Please call in or telephone us to check on your preferred dates and to make a booking. We will then ask you to confirm this booking in writing to us with in 7 days accompanied by an initial deposit.
Please be assured guest numbers need only be approximate at this early stage.
We regret that initial deposits are not refundable.

First Anniversary Dinner**

**The offer of complimentary Honeymoon Accommodation or Anniversary Dinner applies to Reception Parties of 40 or more guests.
We advise couples taking advantage of the Complimentary Honeymoon night Accommodation to make the room reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We can provide specially designed keepsake menus and placecards with:-
A picture of the Bride and Groom(current and/or in their childhood or youth).
A list of other significant happenings on this special date
Prices : 50p per Place Card. £2.50 per Menu Card ( normally half of total guests is sufficent )
TO ARRANGE YOUR SPECIAL DAY
Ideally, at least 6 weeks before your reception, (by which time you will have made your choice of menu and drinks), you need to make an appointment with our Wedding Reception Co-ordinator, with whom you can discuss the day's procedures and formalities in detail and agree all arrangements.
You don't have to tell us your final guest numbers until 3 days before your reception, we do, however, require you to tell us immediately if your guest numbers increase significantly (by 5 or more).
Following your meeting with our Wedding Reception Co-ordinator we will confirmall the agreed details of the reception in writing apart from guest numbers and possibly place cards and seating plan, should you require them.
A pre - payment representing the estimated final total is required at least 14 days prior to your reception date.
Help is at hand - we will be delighted to provide you with approximate costings on all aspects of your reception throughout the process and any and all assistance to make your celebration run as smoothly as possible.
