- lemon grass and chilli jelly, passion fruit dressing

-a thick warming soup, spinach and yorkshire blue cheese bon-bon (V)

- black pudding, celeriac puree, parsnip crisps, thyme jus, balsamic

- gazpacho, pesto-dressed baby leaves (V)

Second Courses

- a light poached mousse served hot with a creamy lobster sauce 

- coriander cress

Main Courses

-wellington style, wrapped in pastry, braised cheeks and slow-roasted honey-glazed belly
fondant purple-potatoes, green pea puree, seasonal greens

, braised fennel, mussel and clam broth

- root vegetable ratatouille,  port wine sauce, winter vegetables

- crispy poached egg, baby vegetables, tarragon butter sauce, micro salad.
