Learn how to work with chocolate and make your own personal message for a loved one this Valentine's Day, with a gorgeous Chocolate love heart with your own personal message. You will love the atmosphere at York Cocoa House-and the passion for chocolate that oozes from Sophie and her team. Great fun. We promise!

Cauliflower Veloute -a thick warming soup, spinach and yorkshire blue cheese bon-bon (V)
Sauteed Breast of Pigeon - black pudding, celeriac puree, parsnip crisps, thyme jus, balsamic
Vegetable and Sun-blushed Tomato Terrine - gazpacho, pesto-dressed baby leaves (V)

Mousseline of Sole, Lobster Bisque - a light poached mousse served hot with a creamy lobster sauce
Delice of Pineapple - coriander cress
Main Courses
Pork in Three Styles - wellington style, wrapped in pastry, braised cheeks and slow-roasted honey-glazed belly
fondant purple-potatoes, green pea puree, seasonal greens
Pan-Roasted Halibut, braised fennel, mussel and clam broth
Rump of Yorkshire Lamb and Pan Haggerty Potatoes -root vegetable ratatouille, port wine sauce, winter vegetables
