Please read the following which we hope will assist you.
- An initial £10 non-returnable deposit is required when making your booking.
- Full pre-payment (the balance) is required with your FOOD PRE-ORDER œ which we require at least seven days in advance.
- MEALS not cancelled by day before latest will be charged in full. We request that cancellations are notified by telephone (01904 625082) and supported by email (sales@deancourt-york.co.uk).
- MAY WE ADVISE YOU THAT THE HOTEL IS TOTALLY NON SMOKING
- Please, please, please bring your list of individual choices/names with you œ as extra dishes ordered on the day will be charged as extras.
- All monies are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- As menus are planned so far in advance the Dean Court reserves the right to adjust or offer similar alternatives if necessary.
