Featuring a Seven Course Tasting- en Suprise menuwith Champagne aperitif before Dinner and top quality Wines to match each course, served in D.C.H - the Restaurant.
The Surprise Tasting Menu is personally compiled by Head Chef, Jamie Cann, and will feature the best seasonal produce available. The wines will be chosen by Susana Ramos, acting Restaurant Manager to match each dish!
Should the party/table for dinner consist of more than two, we ask that all guests eating together take the Tasting Menu and Wines. Regrettably this menu is not suitable for Vegetarians)
