A few tips to help you arrange your party at the Dean Court
Please first telephone to check the appropriate private room (or part of the main restaurant) and date are available.
At this stage only approximate numbers are required.
This needs to be confirmed in writing/by email with an initial deposit within 7 days
13 to 20 guests - £100.00 deposit 20 to 30 guests - £175.00 deposit
30 to 50 guests - £200.00 deposit 50 plus guests - £250.00 deposit
Select your menu and wines and either make an appointment to visit the hotel and discuss all arrangements, or request that someone visits you at home or work, whichever is convenient (ideally at least 10 days before the event).
A pre-payment representing the estimated final total is required at least seven days before the event. (Please inform the hotel if this or the deposit presents any administration difficulties). Any excess pre payment will be refunded after the final account is agreed and accepted.
It is appreciated if you keep the hotel informed should your provisional numbers vary significantly at any time leading up to the date of the event. Final minimum numbers are required 48 hours in advance.
Prices are subject to increase without prior notification.
