CAR-PARKING:
The hotel offers a free valet-parking service to its own private secure car park, which is situated a few moments away from the Hotel. Guests arriving by car are advised to park directly outside the main entrance (double park if necessary) and register promptly. Car Park Charges: £12.50 per night up to a maximum of £40. Until registered, the Dean Court cannot be held liable for any parking fines incurred.
ARRIVAL:
Rooms are available on day of arrival from 2pm (1400hrs). Guests are welcome to check in earlier when luggage and cars will be safely stored until the room is ready.
DEPARTURE:
Check out time is 11am (1100hrs) however, luggage and cars can remain stored, should guests wish to continue with their business, shopping or sightseeing after that time.
PETS:
We regret that the hotel is unable to accept pets in bedrooms except guide dogs.
PAYMENT:
All major cards accepted. The hotel is unable to accept personal or business cheques.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
May we respectfully inform our guests that all reservations made form a contract. The hotels Cancellation Policy is 48 hours notice (2 clear days prior to arrival day).
The Hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee representing 2/3rds of the total reservation costs, should it be unable to re-let any cancelled accommodation at a similar rate. In our guests interest the hotel may decide to re-sell rooms at reduced rates. In such instances a discretionary reduced (pro-rata) Cancellation Fee will be charged.
