Your food pre-order is required minimum seven days in advance.
Total full pre-payment (less your deposit) is required with this food order.
(Parties for THE COURT Café-Bistro do not need to use this pre-order form unless they are 5 or more)
• Please, please, please bring your list of individual choices/names with you – as extra dishes ordered
on the day will be charged as extras.
An initial £7.50 non-returnable deposit is required when making your booking.
£10 for DISCO DINNERS & JAZZ DINNERS.
• Full pre-payment is required for the JAZZ SUPPERS.
• Full pre-payment (the balance) is required with your FOOD PRE-ORDERs – which we require at
least seven days in advance.
• MEALS not cancelled by day before latest will be charged in full. We request that cancellations are
notified by telephone (01904 625082) and supported by email (sales@deancourt-york.co.uk).
• MAY WE ADVISE YOU THAT THE DEAN COURT IS TOTALLY NON SMOKING
• All monies are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
