PLEASE NOTE: The Dean Court is a totally 'no - smoking' Hotel

CAR-PARKING:
The hotel offers a free **valet-parking service to its own private secure car park, which is situated a few moments away from the Hotel. Guests arriving by car are advised to park directly outside the main entrance (double park if necessary) - and register promptly. Car Park Charges: £8 per night up to a maximum of £30 Until registered with the Hotel, the Dean Court cannot be held liable for any parking fines incurred

ARRIVAL:
Rooms are available on day of arrival from 2pm (1400hrs). Guests are welcome to check in earlier when luggage and cars will be safely stored until the room is ready.

DEPARTING:
Check out time is 11am (1100hrs) however, luggage and cars can remain stored, should guests wish to continue with their business, shopping or sightseeing after that time. PETS: We regret that the hotel is unable to accept pets in bedrooms except guide dogs.

PAYMENT:
All major cards accepted. The hotel is unable to accept cheques for amounts that exceed Cheque Guarantee Card limits.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
May we respectfully inform our guests that all reservations made form a Contract. Cancellation policy is 48 hours notice (2 clear days before day of arrival). The Hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee should it be unable to re-let any cancelled accommodation at a similar rate. *Rates are subject to increase without prior notification.
